US court relief for Sun Pharma in cancer drug patent row with Sanofi (Express India)
In a development that strengthens Mumbai-based Sun Pharma’s position vis-a-vis Sanofi Aventis in the ongoing patent row over colon cancer drug Elotaxin, the district court of New Jersey has held that Sanofi is bound by the agreement finalised between the two parties early this year.
