Transcept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSPT ) today announced that the second patent covering the composition and use of Intermezzo (zolpidem tartrate sublingual tablet), the lead Transcept product candidate, has been issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
