Sony Faces Another Blu-Ray Patent Suit (Computer Business Online via Yahoo! UK & Ireland News)
Orinda Intellectual Properties has filed a patent suit against Sony Corp in the US District Court of Texas alleging that Sony’s Blu-Ray technology infringes on its patent related to the process of recording and reproducing layered data on an optical disk.
