Perrigo gets favorable ruling in Mucinex patent suit (Reuters via Yahoo! Asia News)
Feb 12 (Reuters) – Perrigo Co said a U.S. federal court ruled that the generic drugmaker did not infringe the patent in a lawsuit related to a copycat version of Reckitt Benckiser Group Plc’s decongestant, Mucinex.
