Patent license agreement halted between MOSAID, Qimonda (Ottawa Business Journal)
In light of Qimonda AG’s insolvency proceedings, Ottawa-based MOSAID Technologies Inc. ( TSX:MSD ) said in a statement Friday that it would terminate the patent license agreement between the two companies.
