J&J Wins Appeal Ruling Over Boston Scientific Patent for Stents (Bloomberg)
Jan. 15 (Bloomberg) — Johnson & Johnson , the world s biggest maker of medical devices, won an appeals court ruling today that threw out a jury verdict it infringed a Boston Scientific Corp. patent for drug-coated stents.
