Faro patent infringement suit ends in mistrial (bizjournals.com via Yahoo! Finance)
FARO Technologies Inc. announced on Thursday that the patent infringement lawsuit filed in 2003 by its biggest competitor, Swedish firm Hexagon AB, has been declared a mistrial by the presiding federal judge in San Diego.
