FAIRFIELD, Calif.–June 27, 2006–Copart, Inc., announced today the dismissal of all Manheim Services Corporation’s claims against Copart alleging patent infringement, and dismissal of all of Copart’s counterclaims against Manheim Services Corporation alleging antitrust violations.
