Boston Scientific wins appeal over defibrillator patent (The Indianapolis Star)
INDIANAPOLIS Boston Scientific Corp.’s Guidant unit won an appeals court ruling that puts it one step closer to ending a patent dispute with St. Jude Medical over implantable defibrillators.
