SAN JOSE, Calif.—-BackWeb Technologies Ltd. announced today that it has amended the patent infringement lawsuit it filed on March 20, 2009 in the United States District Court in San Francisco, California, to include Sybase and its subsidiary iAnywhere as additional defendants in the action BackWeb initially filed against Microsoft.
