Ariad loses patent dispute to Eli Lilly (Mass High Tech: The Journal of New England Technology)
A federal appeals court has ruled against Ariad Pharmaceuticals Inc. in a patent dispute with Eli Lilly and Co. Cambridge-based Ariad will not get the $65 million in damages that was awarded after a 2007 trial in the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts.
