(AFX UK Focus) 2006-01-17 23:32 GMT: R.R. Donnelley files patent infringment suit vs Quark, Creo (Interactive Investor)
SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) – R.R. Donnelley & Sons said Tuesday after the closing bell it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Quark Inc. and Eastman Kodak’s Creo Inc. subsidiary, alleging that products manufactured and sold by the defendants infringe R.R. Donnelley’s patents covering digital print processes.
