Nokia Sues Apple for Patent Infringement (HispanicBusiness.com)
Nokia , the Finland-based mobile telecommunications giant, today announced that it has filed a patent infringement suit against Apple. The suit, filed in Federal District Court in Delaware, alleges that Apple’s trend-setting iPhone infringes on 10 of Nokia’s patents for GSM, UMTS and wireless LAN (WLAN) standards.
