ZOLL Announces Filing of Patent Infringement Suit Against Alsius Corporation and Alsius Medical Corporation (Centre Daily Times)
ZOLL Medical Corporation (Nasdaq GS: ZOLL), a manufacturer of resuscitation devices and related software solutions, announced today that it had filed a lawsuit against Alsius Corporation (Nasdaq: ALUS) and Alsius Medical Corporation in the Central District of California alleging patent infringement.
