Video rental giants Netflix and Blockbuster filed with the SEC the settlement of an April 2006 lawsuit in which Netflix alleged Blockbuster had infringed on its online video rental patent.

StemCells Agrees to Stay in Patent Suit (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
Biotechnology company StemCells Inc. said Thursday it has agreed to a stay in its patent-dispute lawsuit against Neuralstem Inc. while the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office re-examines the patents in question.
