Court denies Synopsys motion to block patent re-exam (EETimes)
U.S. District Court Judge Maxine Chesney has denied a motion by Synopsys seeking to enjoin the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office from reexamining two patents held by rival Magma Design Automation.
