Curon sells patent, uses cash to meet Nasdaq rule (bizjournals.com via Yahoo! Finance)
Curon Medical Inc. said Wednesday it sold a patent and signed a licensing deal with BARRX Medical Inc., the proceeds of which will let Curon meet a Nasdaq listing rule.

Patent secured for tabletop ads (Media Week Online)
Tabletalkmedia has secured a patent for its tabletop advertising product. The UK patent is for Tablewrap, a heat resistant, tamper-proof sticker wrapped around a table, on which advertising can be displayed.
