Haemonetics challenges rival Baxter over patent (Patriot Ledger)
BOSTON – Haemonetics Corp. has picked another fight with rival medical device maker Baxter International Inc. This time, Haemonetics has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Baxter in U.S. District Court in Boston.
