Nokia loses patent dispute case against InterDigital (New Ratings)
InterDigital said that a federal judge has confirmed an arbitration ruling made in June that Nokia has to pay $232 million-$252 million in royalty payments to InterDigital regarding its patent.

BOSTON – Haemonetics Corp. has picked another fight with rival medical device maker Baxter International Inc. This time, Haemonetics has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Baxter in U.S. District Court in Boston.
